We are looking for people for the position of Event Manager in the event company FSWO Sp. z o.o. Your work would consist of a comprehensive organization of events. We are looking for a person with experience in the industry who knows the market and the needs of customers. If you are familiar with this area, you are a communicative, creative person and have an enthusiastic approach to new challenges – join our event team in Leszno.

Hostess

• Front desk service during the event
• Providing guests with information about the event (information desk)
• Preparing and giving gift sets for guests
• Impeccable appearance
• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of the English language is to be welcomed
• Prior experience of the post is to be welcomed
• Work also at weekends and in late evening and night hours; irregular working hours
• Readiness to work for several hours in heeled shoes
• Absolute ban on the use of mobile phones
• Absolute ban on alcohol and smoking

Taxi dancer

• Encouraging guests to stay on the dance floor during a dance event
• Dancing together with guests
• Impeccable appearance
• Good communication skills
• Readiness to work for several hours in heeled shoes
• Absolute ban on the use of mobile phones
• Absolute ban on alcohol and smoking
• Work also at weekends and in late evening and night hours; irregular working hours
• Ability to demonstrate assertiveness and distance towards the guests causing problems (all difficult situations should be reported immediately, directly to the organizer)

Animator – operation of inflatable castles, etc.

• Operation of event equipment in accordance with their regulations
• Supervision of persons using the equipment
• Paying attention to hazardous situations
• Monitoring of equipment operation and its protection during an event
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work with children
• Absolute ban on the use of mobile phones
• Absolute ban on alcohol and smoking
• Work also at weekends; irregular working hours

Animator – playing with children, painting faces, balloons, make something out of nothing

• Organizing workstations before and after the event (cleaning)
• Ability to work with children
• Possession of plastic and technical skills
• Creativity
• Nice apparition and openness in contacts with children
• Organizing games and mini-competitions for children
• Experience in working with children is welcome.

Technical personnel – disassembling and assembling the equipment

• Organizing workstations before and after the event (cleaning)
• Unloading and loading of equipment
• Supervision over smooth operation of the equipment during the event
• Assembling the equipment and securing its operation in accordance with safety requirements
• Required physical ability to perform harder work
• B driving license is welcome
• Absolute ban on the use of mobile phones
• Absolute ban on alcohol and smoking
• Work also at weekends; irregular working hours

Cleaning

• Cleaning of the terrain (closed or open) during and after the event
• Ongoing emptying of waste bins and replacement of waste sacks
• Toilet cleaning and refilling with hygiene measures
• Absolute ban on the use of mobile phones
• Absolute ban on alcohol and smoking
• Work also at weekends; irregular working hours
