AIM OF THE EVENT: To strengthen awareness of the presence of multiculturalism in HEINEKEN among the employees. Introducing them to world cultures and multicultural integration. Showing that Heineken unites the cultures of the world.
COMPONENTS OF THE EVENT: The show of world cultures – Folk Band, Chinese Culture (dragon and martial arts), Mariachi and Brazilian Samba. Decorations thematically associated with cultures – three rooms arranged. Catering of four world cuisines and live cooking made by Chinese chefs. Graphic materials referring to multiculturalism – a map of the world, roll-up with messages. The program of the event, which was specially created and developed to make the whole event very multicultural, without disturbing the fun. A photographic wall with signs and messages.
ACHIEVED RESULTS: Clearly indicating the presence of multiculturalism in HEINEKEN. Proving that Heineken unites. Unification of employees, showing how much they can create together. Inspiring them to continue their efforts to acquire knowledge of other cultures and to act and cooperate more openly with other nationalities.
