PICNIC FOR AMAZON

The goal of the event

The implementation of a family picnic.  Including incentive and integration activities for employees of AMAZON and their families and promoting an active lifestyle. Involvement of children and adults in spending time together. Humanization of labor relations and integration of employees and their families. Strengthening the positive management of the organization. Ensuring security and formal requirements related to the organization of a mass event. One of the elements of building employee loyalty and the image of the employer.

Event components

 Organizing a family picnic focused on intergenerational activities. The event was implemented in accordance with the law on mass events. We hosted 5,500 participants on this picnic. Comprehensive organization of the event – catering zone, area security, protection, space arrangement with all necessary elements, attractions for participants, handling the entire event, multimedia, stage, team. Nearly 100 animators were involved in the picnic, there were more than 40 picnic attractions at their disposal.Including robot building workshops and a small engineer, inflatable attractions with different levels of difficulty, a slide and playgrounds for younger children, tents with animations for children , skimboard track, water attractions, archery tag, mega games, slot cars, giant table football and many more. For this we ensure the branding of the event and the identification of the participants with bands with specially prepared coupons for catering.

Achieved results

We ensured safety for all participants of the picnic. We involved families for joint games and activities. Delivered picnic attractions corresponded to different age groups, we minimized queues to devices due to their large variety and proper service. The speed of meal delivery was optimal by providing the right amount of catering stations and great preparation. We provided the right amount of emergency and order services, thanks to which we ensured speed of reaction and effective interventions. Designed by us communication during the event and marking the area, as well as designated collection points, additionally increased safety and freedom of movement around the site. Organizing the area and planning all the components of the event, meant that the participants easily moved around the facility, choosing the zones that interested them. Customer satisfaction as well as ours allow us to include this event for our next success!
