Eurowarsztat conference in Wisla

Another event we had the pleasure of creating was the Eurowarsztat Conference for owners of service centers affiliated with the network. A summary of activities within the Groupauto structure, as well as the promotion of automotive parts suppliers.
Event components
The Eurowarsztat conference was held at a luxury hotel located in the Silesian Beskid Crystal Mountain in Wisła. Our tasks included comprehensive organization of the event, design and animation of the presentations used by the speakers, key visual design and production of the event’s branding materials, communication plan and its implementation during the event, multimedia setting, construction of the suppliers’ exhibition stands, implementation of the competition at the suppliers’ stands, conducting the banquet part with the award ceremony and attractions. Participants enjoyed: beer workshops with tasting, AlFianco training, contests with prizes and a performance by Polish stand-up artist Kacper Ruciński.
Results obtained
We organized the event combined with the exhibition part of the Euroworkshop suppliers. Participants had a choice of multiple zones where they could learn about new solutions in the automotive industry and make new business contacts.
We created a summary survey for the participants of the event – most of them evaluated the conference and the attractions we provided during the event very well.
