For our long-time client Eurowarsztat and Nexdrive, who trusted us once again, we had the pleasure of comprehensively organizing a conference that attracted the attention of numerous participants.
Event components
This time we opted for an unusual venue, which emphasized the unique nature of the event. We organized the conference in the Żnin Sugar Factory. The industrial interiors of the place provided the perfect backdrop for the combination of history and modernity, which was the inherent theme of this unique meeting. Substantive knowledge and many years of experience of the speakers provided participants with the latest information on technological innovations.
The conference was held on two stages. On the first, experts shared their knowledge, achievements and technologies. On the second was the Supplier Fair, where guests had presentations, the latest models of hybrid cars, electric scooters and cars. Both were very popular. After the substantive part, Guests were invited to an evening banquet. The atmosphere of the meeting was enriched by live music performed by a talented saxophonist. The culmination of the Conference was a concert by a star of the Polish music scene, which won an enthusiastic ovation from the audience.
Results obtained
This unique event, organized for our long-time client Eurowarsztat , was a combination of professionalism, modernity and unforgettable experience. Thanks to the commitment of our team and a variety of elements, such as expert presentations, technological innovations, the Supplier Fair and a banquet with a star concert, we created a unique and successful meeting.
