30th Anniversary of Aon in Poland. Development of an event concept tailored to the venue. Thanking employees for their work and commitment, and celebrating together
Event components
The event took place in a charming venue — the Kamienica Theatre in Warsaw. Around 300 guests attended the anniversary celebration. As the FSWO agency, we were responsible for event branding, developing the event scenario, guest gifts, catering, the anniversary cake, and the production of branded backdrops.
The highlight of the evening was the theatrical performance “Kumulacja, czyli pieniądze to nie wszystko” (“The Jackpot, or Money Isn’t Everything”), featuring well-known actors such as Marcin Bosak, Izabela Dąbrowska, and Michał Meyer.
During the celebration, Aon’s CEO delivered a speech and expressed gratitude for the ongoing collaboration. The evening concluded with a formal dinner, giving participants the opportunity to celebrate together.
Results obtained
We organized an event that combined culture with a heartfelt thank-you for our shared work. Cohesive decorations and company branding transformed the interior of the Kamienica Theatre. The chosen performance was very well received by the guests and proved to be a unique way to celebrate the anniversary.
