Amazon Family Picnic in Wrocław

Target

Organization of a family picnic for the Amazon Poland team in Wrocław. Creating a space for employee integration on company grounds, as well as thanking them for their hard work over the past months.

Event components

The family picnic for several hundred Amazon employees took place on August 20th in Wrocław. We prepared decorations inspired by a Summer Party theme.

As the event agency FSWO, our tasks included producing informational signs and posters, assembling the stage and tents, and supervising the team of animators, dancers, and hostesses.

We ensured attractions for both children and adults. The youngest guests had access to trampolines, pedal go-karts, mini golf, inflatables, soap bubbles, and active games.

Adults had many options including workshops on creating terrariums and soap making, free relaxation massages, beach volleyball, human foosball, and delicious summer catering.

We also organized dance performances and a magician’s show, which were very popular. Participants could also take memorable photos in the photo booth.

Results obtained

Amazon employees and their families had a great time during the weekend event.

All participants eagerly took part in the games, enjoyed the attractions, and had a fantastic time with the entire team. The picnic organization received positive feedback from the employees.
