Season Opening with an ECO Theme
Target
We kicked off the outdoor event season in a truly ecological way! On the green grounds surrounding our client’s headquarters in Zator, Małopolska, we organized a picnic for 350 people. We prepared plenty of eco-friendly attractions, workshops, curiosities, and gadgets that not only entertained guests but, above all, drew attention to ecological issues and demonstrated how easy it can be to live more sustainably.
Event components
Since last year, our eco-workshops have gained huge popularity. They engage and educate event participants, enabling them to create practical souvenirs as an alternative to standard gadgets. Our event agency FSWO offers over 15 concepts of eco-style workshops!
Guests had the chance to experience firsthand how much they can do for ecology. Using energy bikes that generate power, participants made their favorite juices themselves. Both children and adults took part in themed eco-workshops where they could create insect houses, Lego flower pots, and eco-backpacks. Enthusiasts also joined exciting chemical workshops. Besides delicious summer fruit lemonades, the eco-tables were laden with healthy snacks, and everything left uneaten was packed into eco-friendly takeaway boxes, showing that zero waste principles can be applied almost anywhere, anytime.
The youngest guests had plenty of fun too. They enjoyed a Candy Store, pallet tables piled with sweets, artisan ice cream, a donut wall, inflatable slides, animations, toddler zones, and various games and activities.
Results obtained
Organizing picnics on grounds adjacent to production plants or office buildings is always a challenge. We must operate according to strict safety standards and the specific health and safety regulations of the area.
