Target
The main goal of the event was to foster integration among Instal Filter employees and encourage teamwork. At the same time, participants got the unique opportunity to step into the role of a monk brewing beer — acquiring a brand-new skill in the process. Those with a creative flair had the chance to design their own beer labels. Although learning was part of the experience, the atmosphere was deliberately relaxed — after all, it was beer-themed!
Event components
In April 2020, our event agency organized a hands-on team-building event for Instal Filter employees. This wasn’t a typical corporate training session filled with yawns and slide decks — it was team building through real experience, fun, and learning by doing.
Participants were thrilled to find out that their team-building activity would be a beer brewing workshop. Under the guidance of professionals — and with plenty of teamwork — the employees brewed their own beer and even designed custom labels for the bottles.
The event was attended by 200 people, each of whom contributed to the brewing process and the creative design stage.
Results obtained
The participants collectively brewed 300 bottles of beer, each featuring a unique, custom-designed label. The relaxed atmosphere and engaging format made the experience enjoyable and memorable for everyone involved. The event successfully fostered a positive mood, strengthened relationships, and delivered team-building results in a creative and entertaining way.
