Amazon Łódź - Green Zone Area
Target
The Green Zone for Amazon Poland employees in Łódź is our innovative project designed to improve employee comfort during work breaks. At the same time, it emphasizes the use of eco-friendly solutions in creating a new relaxation area.
Event components
We designed and built a green outdoor zone where Amazon employees can relax during breaks. The process began with a 3D design and visualization of the Green Zone, taking into account not only the permanent structures but also the strategic selection and placement of plants—chosen for their sun exposure needs, irrigation system compatibility, and safety for humans.
We manufactured and installed all permanent elements—benches, tables, swings, and shelters—on the Amazon premises. These facilities serve as spaces for rest, relaxation, and employee integration.
Results obtained
We planted greenery and shrubs that not only enhance the aesthetics of the space but also act as a natural divider from the warehouse area. Photovoltaic panels were installed to provide renewable energy for the lighting system. A designated smoking area was also included within the Green Zone.
The space functions as a year-round mini park within the workplace, offering a relaxing and sustainable environment for employees.
