AON - a '90s-style event
Target
AON’s 30th anniversary in Poland. Integration of employees and celebrating together at a party in the style of the ’90s. Thanking the team for their work and commitment.
Event components
The event was held at Forty Mokotow in Warsaw. The anniversary was attended by 250 participants. As FSWO event agency, we were responsible for: the scenario, the comprehensive implementation of the event and the creation of scenery in the style of the ’90s. Our task was also to provide: catering, cake and drinks, which were made by qualified bartenders. Participants of the event had a lot of attractions, including: competitions and joint games, retro game machines, laserman, i.e. laser manipulation and confetti. Live music was provided by a DJ and a drummer.
During the event, some of the AON employees were recognized and received gifts.
Results obtained
We organized AON’s 30th anniversary party, during which employees were able to integrate by participating in contests and games, as well as dancing. The ’90s-style event was very well received by the participants. Most of them were dressed in colorful costumes referring to the style of the ’90s, and eagerly enjoyed the prepared attractions.
