The main theme of the anniversary combined stars, the sky, and a metaphorical take on dreams of a shared journey to success. Communication with participants began as soon as they received their invitations and continued throughout every touchpoint related to the event. In the hotel rooms, guests were welcomed with a welcome letter, door hangers, and bottled water designed to match the gala’s key visual.

Taking care of the event guests was extremely important to our client. The anniversary took place at the Polish Aviation Museum in Kraków, where the suspended airplane replicas in the building enhanced the event’s key visual. One of the main challenges was coordinating transportation for participants to selected hotels, assisting with check-in, and organizing travel to and from the event venue.

The celebrations opened with a multimedia presentation that combined the brand’s vision with a sense of timelessness.

Additionally, we prepared an animation format presenting a timeline with key moments in Creaton’s history. The entire event followed a script developed by our team. The event’s pace was driven by lighting effects.

To emphasize the event’s prestige, we invited Ray Wilson, whose performance was one of the main highlights of the anniversary. The world-renowned star perfectly underscored the scale of the celebration and guaranteed powerful emotions.

The outdoor area around the building was also thoughtfully arranged, providing participants with a chillout space during the June evening.
