The event took place at the five-star Platinum Mountain Hotel & Spa in Szklarska Poręba. A total of 80 employees attended the integration trip. Our responsibilities included selecting the venue, creating event design and scenario, producing neon signs and photo walls, as well as choosing appropriate attractions. We also designed and produced branded promotional gadgets. Each participant received a car essentials kit (ice scraper, animal deterrent whistle, reflective vest, and a car organizer bag).

The event lasted 3 days. On the first day, guests attended a welcome dinner. The second day was more dynamic, starting with a business meeting. Afterwards, participants could choose from several activities: rafting, an electric bike tour, or climbing at Krzywe Baszty. After lunch, they enjoyed a beer workshop. The day concluded with a 90s-style dance party, where employees showcased their creativity with themed costumes. Evening attractions included a DJ, retro arcade games, and a photo booth that was a hit with the guests.

On the third day, after breakfast, participants checked out of the hotel.
