Employers’ Association Polska Miedź Gala
Target
Organization of the First Gala of the Employers’ Association Polska Miedź (ZPPM), during which the ZPPM Aces awards were presented. Development of an event format designed to break away from the traditional evening banquet and enhance the prestige of the Association members’ meetings. Additionally, planning a space where participants could engage in networking with representatives of companies belonging to the Association.
Event components
he gala gathered over 230 participants. For the event’s opening and the key moment of the awards ceremony, we prepared an animation format that became the event’s framework.
Our vision was to present the main ZPPM slogans through an opening film and to create an unforgettable spectacle. A key aspect during the production was emphasizing the departure from a classic evening event towards a gala that elevates the event’s prestige. By incorporating elements of gold color in the stage design, we perfectly highlighted the uniqueness of the gathering.
The evening began with a performance by the band Fireband, accompanied by impressive stage lighting. We designated and prepared a space within the venue where guests could freely converse with representatives of companies belonging to the Association. For the event, we also branded the building and produced invitations and informational leaflets for the client.
Results obtained
The organization of the First ZPPM Gala was a conceptual success, through which we not only enhanced the event’s prestige but also moved away from the standard formats of evening gatherings. We successfully created a space that enabled the building of lasting relationships. The satisfaction of one of our long-term clients is proof that we achieved our intended goals.
