Euroworkshop and nexdrive network conference

In the picturesque surroundings of Zakopane, in the luxurious Nosalowy Dwór hotel, our event agency FSWO organized a two-day conference of two leading networks – EuroWarsztat and NexDrive – affiliated with the automotive industry. The event brought together 350 participants, providing them with an unforgettable experience of both professional and entertainment.
Event components
The conference consisted of three main components: conference sessions, a supplier fair and an evening banquet. As part of the conference part, participants had the opportunity to listen to lectures and panel discussions led by experts from EuroWarshop and NexDrive, as well as specialists from the automotive industry.
Special guests of the event were the organizers of the Mechanics’ Championship and Łukasz Lewandowski – eMobility Project Manager of the Polish New Mobility Association. Speech topics included the latest technologies, market trends and the future of motoring. We also took care of coordinating the lights and sound system at the stage. They were tuned to perfection, which created ideal conditions for presentations and business talks.
One of the key highlights of the program was the supplier fair, which allowed participants to make business contacts and learn about the latest products and services offered by industry leaders. Each booth was carefully designed and built to fully reflect the character of the brands on display.
After the official part, guests had the opportunity to enjoy attractions such as VR kayaks, which allowed virtual rafting between beautiful landscapes. A 360-degree photo booth was also waiting for them, where they could immortalize their moments in an original way.
The highlight of the evening was a concert by Szymon Wydra with his band Carpe Diem. Live music, combined with the unique atmosphere of Zakopane, created a unique atmosphere. The concert provided the participants with incredible emotions and great fun.
The entire event was organized by our event agency FSWO with the utmost care and attention to every detail. Comprehensive customer service included the development of the visual concept (KV) of the entire event. Accordingly, we were also responsible for the graphic and audiovisual preparation of the presentation.
We developed the branding of all conference areas and stage design. Thanks to the professional organization and logistics from A to Z, every part of the conference went smoothly and without disruption.

In summary, the EuroWarsztat and NexDrive network conference in Zakopane was an event that combined business and entertainment at the highest level. Above all, participants had the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge. Undoubtedly, it was also an opportunity to make valuable contacts. The finale of the event was an unforgettable concert and exciting attractions. Thanks to perfect organization, the unforgettable scenery of Zakopane and a rich program, the conference became an inspiring and motivating experience for all present. The award ceremony was the perfect culmination of this unique event, which will remain in the memory of the participants for a long time.
