Family Picnic and Team Building — Slavic Magic in the Heart of Krakow

We are delighted to share memories from a unique event we organized for one of our regular clients. It was an unforgettable day at Hala Cracovii in Krakow, inspired by Krakow’s traditional wreath festivals and filled with Slavic magic. The Slavic setting was truly enchanting.

The event will undoubtedly remain in the memories of the 850 participants for a long time. From the moment guests arrived, they were welcomed by magnificent floral decorations, lush greenery, and beautifully adorned bars and tables. The mood was enhanced by atmospheric lighting and stunning ceiling decorations, creating a unique ambiance. Our event agency FSWO took care of every detail, making the space look incredible and leaving a strong impression on all attendees.

Event components

Beautiful decorations and thematic scenery were just the beginning! Reflecting the event’s theme, the hall was filled with hand-painted elements featuring Slavic patterns, adding authentic character. The chillout zone was located on the roof, where guests could relax and enjoy the panoramic view. The entire atmosphere encouraged integration, evident from numerous selfies taken at our Slavic-themed selfie point.

Workshops, Music, and Contests

The event included thematic activities as well. We organized wreath-making workshops that attracted great interest. Our animators and hostesses, dressed in traditional Slavic village costumes, introduced guests to the secrets of this traditional craft. Atmospheric music played in the background, and participants enjoyed themed contests with prizes.

We also ensured culinary variety, offering a menu tailored to different dietary preferences. Tables featured meat dishes, as well as vegetarian and vegan options, so everyone found something to enjoy.

The evening culminated with an exciting fire show, providing unforgettable experiences for the participants. The captivating fire performance drew everyone’s attention and was a perfect finale for our Slavic picnic.
