Garden Party in Boho Style
Target
The goal of the boho-style Garden Party, organized by our event agency FSWO for a client from the Greater Poland region, was to create a space conducive to integration, relaxation, and shared fun in a laid-back atmosphere. The event, which hosted as many as 1,500 participants, aimed not only to deliver a unique aesthetic and culinary experience but also to encourage spending time together and building positive relationships among employees in a natural and welcoming environment.
Event components
The Garden Party was organized in a boho style with a touch of elegance, which contributed to the event’s unique ambiance. The space was arranged using natural decorations: giant flowers, wooden backdrops, dreamcatchers, soft cushions, and canopies. Guests were welcomed with specially designed zones:
Chillout zone with massage therapists and deck chairs
Activity zones – beach volleyball tournament, game zone, mini-golf
Creative zones – DIY cosmetics workshops, temporary tattoo salon
Selfie zones – with themed decorations for photo opportunities
Prosecco van – serving chilled bubbles
During the event, participants could also join bachata dance workshops and watch professional dance performances. The culinary aspect was inspired by fire cuisine – dishes were prepared on OFYR grills and in giant woks. The evening was highlighted by a spectacular bartending show, ending with a flaming bar, and a dynamic fire show.
Results obtained
The Garden Party in boho style was not only an aesthetic success but also perfectly fulfilled its integration purpose. The relaxed atmosphere, variety of themed zones, and engaging attractions allowed each participant to find something for themselves – from massage and relaxation to dancing and sports activities. Thanks to the diverse offerings and attention to detail, the event provided plenty of positive emotions, relaxation, and opportunities to form new relationships. Fire, music, dancing, shared meals, and the participants’ vibrant energy made the Garden Party a truly unforgettable experience.
