Target
To engage employees in health and safety topics. To promote the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy at HEINEKEN. To provide participants with new experiences and knowledge related to road safety, stress management, using fire extinguishers, evacuation from a smoke-filled room, and first aid.
Event components
Development of program branding. Preparation of social media materials, a website with an activating program. Event promotion. Practical training covering: providing first aid using a defibrillator, evacuation from a smoke-filled room, use of powder and foam fire extinguishers, communication in stressful situations, and road safety. Collaboration with fire department, police, ambulance service, and building administrators (Vinci).
Results obtained
Raised awareness and interest in safety topics. Delivered invaluable knowledge to training participants. Motivated employees to participate in the program and acquire knowledge. Increased awareness of potential hazards in everyday life and ways to prevent them.
