The event was held at the Manggha Museum of Japanese Art and Technology in Krakow. To allow employees to spend time comfortably, we divided the event into two parts. The first part focused on board games and team activities, including mini golf. Fully utilizing the location and facilities, we set up a chill-out zone on the viewing terrace — with tables, chairs, and deckchairs — providing an excellent place for conversations and relaxation. The garden, weather, and the view of Wawel Castle contributed to the relaxed atmosphere of the June day. To emphasize the event’s vibe, we skipped a traditional lunch and instead provided food trucks and a variety of snacks perfect for enjoying during the board games. The evening part featured a fire show and contact juggling performance. The night ended with a dance party.
