The latino-style winter integration was meant to warm up the team and build stronger relationships. The client wanted to take employees away from everyday life and surprise them with an experience full of excitement. We opted for a carnival theme – lively, colorful and energetic. The event also had a motivational dimension – it was an opportunity to celebrate successes together and show that corporate events can be more than a team-building meeting.
