Event components
A show of world cultures – a show of Folk Ensemble, Chinese Culture (dragon and martial arts), Mariachi and Brazilian Samba. Decorations thematically related to the cultures – arranged three rooms. Catering of four world cuisines and live cooking performed by Chinese chefs. Graphic materials referring to multiculturalism – a map of the world, roll-ups with messages. The program of the event, which was specially created and plotted to make the whole event strongly multicultural without disturbing the fun. Photo wall with message boards.
Results obtained
Making the presence of multiculturalism in HEINEKEN clear. Proving that Heineken unites. To unite employees, showing how much they are able to create together. Inspiring them to continue to learn about other cultures and to act and cooperate more openly with other nationalities.
