Team building "Into the Adventure" !
Target
On a warm, sunny day — with weather as perfect as one could hope for 🌞 — we organized a unique travel-themed team-building event in Wrocław, infused with nautical vibes. Under the motto “Into the Adventure!”, participants were invited to embark on an expedition through the charming streets of Wrocław. The goal? To reach a secret destination — a reward in itself — waiting to surprise and delight them at the journey’s end.
Event components
Our event agency created an atmosphere full of adventure and maritime flair from the very beginning. The décor featured nautical-inspired styling, instantly setting the mood and encouraging team spirit.
At the start, participants were divided into teams and set off on an exciting city expedition, ready for surprises and challenges. Along the way, they solved puzzles and completed tasks that led them through Wrocław’s most scenic spots. Their mission: to locate encrypted sites marked on a map, crack the codes, and uncover the path to the final destination.
To enhance the experience, we combined gamification with modern technology. Teams used smartphones to navigate, scan QR codes, and unlock clues — blending the thrill of a scavenger hunt with digital interactivity.
Eventually, all teams reached the hidden location marked on their maps — Odra Centrum, the city’s most popular summer hotspot. Awaiting them was a Prosecco Party! The celebration kicked off with refreshing drinks, delicious food, and a perfect atmosphere. The evening continued on the terrace with live music and dancing, led by a professional DJ.
Results obtained
This one-of-a-kind event offered an amazing opportunity for team bonding, puzzle solving, and discovering Wrocław in a fresh, engaging way. The weather aligned perfectly with the nautical theme, making it an unforgettable day filled with adventure, mystery, and well-deserved relaxation. A perfect ending to a shared expedition!
