VOSS - the company's anniversary with a picnic

This year’s summer vacation got off to a fantastic start for the Voss team! Employees celebrated the company’s anniversary in beautiful natural settings with a picnic. The event took place at the picturesque Kunice Recreation Center in Lower Silesia and gathered as many as 800 people – company employees and their families.
Event components
The event venue was divided into zones tailored for toddlers, children and adults. As a result, our event agency FSWO was confident that we had taken care of entertainment and fun for everyone.
In the general zone you could test your strength and reflexes. Attendees were treated to such attractions as a strength meter, kicker strength meter, reflex meter, giant foosball, aiming goal or cymbergay. Everyone could find something for themselves, regardless of age or interests.
Likewise, the youngest picnic participants had plenty to choose from. Face painting, braiding, tattoo making, inflatables, an inflatable playground and mega bouncy balls provided endless fun and smiles on children’s faces.
Adults could travel back to the days of their youth by playing retro Arcade games or relax in the beautiful weather by the water in the chillout zone. There, traditional picnic snacks and their healthier versions awaited them. As a result, the chillout zone allowed for a moment of relaxation and a break from everyday life.
There were also contests with prizes! The irreplaceable team of animators of our event agency FSWO conducted summer family games and an exciting tournament in giant foosball. For those thirsty for knowledge, we prepared chemical workshops. Enthusiasts of active and healthy lifestyles had energobikes at their disposal. With the power of their own muscles they could produce their own natural juice. For those looking for strong sensations, we organized 5 driving simulators in extreme conditions.
Due to the fact that it was an anniversary, the whole event had a festive setting. We prepared a huge logo made of flowers commemorating the anniversary. During the official part, representatives of the company performed on stage. Everyone gave an anniversary toast. Our event agency was also responsible for technical issues. We took care of issues such as sound and lighting.
In the end, the icing on the cake was a concert by Electric Guitars headed by Kuba Sienkiewicz. The performance warmed up the audience and provided an unforgettable musical experience. Participants were also able to immortalize their moments in a themed photobus, which was a perfect souvenir of this special day.
Results obtained
To sum up, the Voss company’s picnic anniversary was an event that will long be remembered by its participants. Excellent organization, a variety of attractions and beautiful surroundings meant that everyone could find something for themselves and enjoy time together with family and co-workers. Therefore, it was a day full of joy, integration and celebration of the company’s achievements, which showed the importance of commitment to building positive team relations.
