From the very first step, participants felt like they were truly on the Wild West frontier. The tables were adorned with checkered cloths, giant sunflowers brought a joyful summer vibe, and garlands, hats, and red cowboy bandanas completed the authentic western scenery. Animators dressed as cowboys, hay bales, and checkered blankets spread on the grass enhanced the genuine atmosphere. Even decorative jugs perfectly matched the theme.

At the heart of the picnic stood a bar styled like a Wild West saloon, featuring a saddle as a bar stool. For thrill-seekers, our agency prepared a zip line accessible for both children and adults. Additional excitement came from prize contests for the youngest guests, with a DJ and master of ceremonies providing entertainment throughout the event.

Inflatable slides and a mechanical rodeo bull were huge hits among guests. Participants could test their agility in badminton, mega twister, and giant Jenga games. There were also competitions such as timed cow milking, axe and horseshoe throwing, precise nail hammering, and target shooting. Given the American vibe, beer pong was also part of the fun and became a real crowd favorite.

Everyone enjoyed the “Name That Tune – Songs from Movies and Cartoons” contest, which brought loads of joy and excitement. After active participation, guests could relax in the eco chillout zone, resting on comfortable loungers under a large tent to recharge for more fun.

No picnic is complete without delicious food. Participants indulged in aromatic pizzas, snacks, regional drinks, and refreshing lemonades. The pretzel stand was especially popular and perfectly complemented the Western-themed picnic.
