Żabka - Team building
Target
To strengthen team integration through fun, education, and self-discovery. The goal was to help participants identify their strengths and areas for improvement within group dynamics, and to foster trust-based teamwork.
Event components
The team-building event for Żabka employees took place in Kołobrzeg on June 20, 2022, with around 150 participants. After two years of the pandemic, for many team members, this was the first opportunity to meet their colleagues in person.
To support the integration process, we designed 15 unique challenge stations. Each station involved either logic-based puzzles, requiring quick thinking and decision-making, or physical challenges that tested cooperation and adaptability.
The activities were carefully structured to observe how teams selected tools and distributed responsibilities, shared information, and collaborated under pressure.
Results obtained
The participants, supported by FSWO’s facilitation, successfully tackled the team-building challenges. They demonstrated strong collaboration skills and adaptability. At the end of the event, each individual received personal feedback — discovering their team-related strengths and gaining insights into areas for further development in group settings and interpersonal skills.
