When preparing for any event—especially during intense periods like September—we never forget that the key to a successful production is understanding not only the client’s business goals but also the broader context of their work. Without thorough research, numerous emails, and plenty of phone calls, we wouldn’t be able to achieve the best possible result. When we add years of experience, full commitment, and the passion of our team, we create events that clients not only enjoy but that also keep them coming back.
Once the planning is done, it’s time for execution—and that’s when the most exciting and unpredictable part of our job begins.
We kicked off Friday with a team-building event for one of Kraków’s fastest-growing IT start-ups. Sound like fun and a challenge? You bet. We partnered with the client to run “Synergy”—a custom-designed game by our Head of Sales and Development, Przemysław Machyńa. It’s the perfect activity for new teams, helping to uncover emerging leaders and strong personalities while reinforcing the importance of teamwork. The event was held at the Cieszyn Brewery, where participants had to locate the secret “Cieszyn Elixir” to prevent the world from being destroyed by the threat of a “bubble bomb.”
Teams, acting as elite secret units, took on missions like assigning team roles, inventing team names and battle cries, and completing brewery-themed challenges to build trust and camaraderie. With only a mission pack and the items they earned during the game, the final challenge required them to escape the brewery’s catacombs—showing that while they worked separately, only teamwork could lead to success. After completing the missions, all groups gathered to discuss what needed improvement and what they had already mastered. The day concluded with an exhilarating scooter ride down Góra Żar. Finding the Cieszyn Elixir proved, once again, to be a fantastic way to bond a team.
600 kilometers away, at the same time, another crew organized a family-friendly company picnic in Krzyż Wielkopolski. The focus was clear: provide as many attractions as possible for families with children. Inflatable slides, dance contests, art competitions, trampolines, climbing walls, stilt walkers, and an incredible summer atmosphere made for an unforgettable day for nearly 1,000 attendees. Based on participant feedback, this was the best company event many had ever attended! We’re especially proud of this event because it led to a long-term partnership with Thule.
Meanwhile, another team was already preparing for the biggest production of the weekend: a large-scale family picnic for Volkswagen, held for the second time under the theme “Family Picnic with Solidarity.” Organizing such a massive event required not only great planning but also securing all necessary permits under the Act on Mass Event Security. We’re proud to have executed this project again—7,500 participants (for reference, the entire town of Kostrzyn Wielkopolski has a population of 17,882), 280 staff involved, nearly two full days of setup, and 2,500 m² of roofing.
Finding a location for an event of this size is always a challenge. The client wanted a site that minimized transportation issues for employees and their families, so we chose a football stadium in Kostrzyn. The event had two zones: one for kids and one for adults. We delivered over 40 activity stations for the children’s area, with a DJ providing music just for them. We also featured live performances, puppet theaters, a show by the Cheerleaders Poznań, and a stunt show by motorcycle world champion Marcin Głowacki, aka Polish Ninja. Two stages hosted performances by bands including “Piękni i Młodzi,” “Next,” and “Daj to Głośniej.” We and the client were thrilled with the outcome. The entire FSWO team delivered flawlessly. Everything we controlled—and even what we couldn’t (like the weather)—worked out perfectly. The smiles on our guests’ faces, on our team’s faces, and the client’s handshake at the end were priceless.
At the same time, preparations were underway for another picnic in Kraków for our long-standing client Avanade, with whom we’ve worked for two years across their Kraków and Wrocław branches. This time, we organized an “End of Summer” event for around 150 people in Park Wola. The biggest hit of the event? Hands-on workshops for building lamps from metal pipes and creating terrariums. We also provided face painting, balloon animals, a bubble show, and a chill-out zone. The client chose healthy catering to keep the energy high throughout the day.
For every production, alongside fun and entertainment, we always guarantee the highest level of safety for all participants. And the thing that makes us happiest at the end of such an intense weekend? A satisfied client.
Our 4 days of work wrapped up with:
4 events completed,
8,676 participants,
317 people involved in execution,
708 kilometers traveled,
and an infinite number of smiles.
