Our record is eight events in one day. This time, we didn’t break that number, but we successfully delivered five unique event executions in just one day – and all that despite rainy weather! See for yourself how it went.
We started the weekend with an integration event for employees of one of Poland’s largest companies. The proposed theme was a Bavarian-style Oktoberfest. We took care of the venue decor – everything was set up to create the perfect festive vibe: lots of barrel tables, suspended decorations, themed lighting, milk cans used as vases, crates, wooden fencing, and, of course, traditional Bavarian hats. Together with the client, we decided that the central point of the event would be a dance party, featuring professional dancers in traditional outfits, a lively host, and a DJ.
At the same time, another team was working on a team-building event for the company Netbox. Knowing how important good relationships with employees are for our client, we proposed an event designed to build team spirit. The event was held in Gostyń and gathered over 300 participants. The whole concept followed a boho style – lighting (bulbs, lanterns, garlands) and floral decorations created a cozy atmosphere. To make it easier for attendees to get to the event site, we marked the roads and venue surroundings. Our main goal was simple: create an unforgettable time for everyone. A range of attractions, great scenography, and an amazing DJ kept guests involved and energized.
At the same time, we kicked off a family picnic for the company Alvo. The main audience? Families of employees – with around 300 participants, including over 200 children. Our biggest challenge was adapting the venue to accommodate so many young guests. The area was fenced, secured, and clearly marked – with signage made readable for children too. Knowing that a child’s imagination has no limits, we ensured the highest level of safety and provided qualified caretakers. The kids’ zone included eurobungee, inflatable slides, and a wide selection of original contests with prizes – engaging both children and their parents.
Meanwhile, in Kraków, we held a re-fresh party for Aon – a picnic with the main goal of offering participants space to relax. Since many employees own pets, we arranged a special pet-friendly zone. We hosted over 850 people and 37 furry friends. Attractions were organized by age group: we had activities for kids, teens, and entire families. Guests enjoyed a beauty salon, ride-on toy cars, inflatable slides, steering-reverse bikes, multi-person bicycles, giant Jenga, mega pick-up sticks, oversized foosball, rally simulators, and petanque. In the chill-out zone, participants could enjoy the summer vibe. Healthy food catering matched the eco-friendly theme of the event, which also included eco-contests like plant planting, eco tower building, and creating eco-cities. The venue was fully decorated – from stage design and site decor to lighting with garlands and lanterns. Seven star tents completed the picnic scenery.
We wrapped up Saturday with a Rock & Roll party for 550 people. This show-style event revolved around a themed dance party led by a host and professional fordanserki. A must-have for such an evening? A photo booth, of course – always a hit. Animations included fun activities like the mannequin challenge and bubble gum contests.
- The final result?
- 5 events in 1 day,
- 5 cities visited,
- over 2,000 participants,
- and 5 very happy clients.
